The original game was released for the Nintendo Entertainment System in 1987, and spawned a franchise that expanded to over 50 games on.

Fire Man was the first of a multitude of flame-based robots, but he hasn't been proved outdated yet perhaps it's his strong belief in the Flames of Justice that keep him pressing forward. Mega Man, known as Rockman a in Japan, is a Japanese science fiction video game franchise created by Capcom, starring a series of robot characters each known by the moniker 'Mega Man'. In his off-time, he enjoys camping and relaxing in the summer, but gets rather down on rainy days. Fire Man had a brief stint as a vigilante of the night, trying to round up villainy and stop it in its tracks, but this was short-lived as his flame would quickly give out where he was hiding in the middle of the night. Fire Man's sense of justice is the most fiery thing about him though, strongly believing in what he calls the "Flames of Justice" and primarily why he created the Fire Chaser technique in the first place. He's even been able to hone in his fire production even further, creating the Fire Chaser technique. Fire Man's Fire Storm ability can easily reach temperatures to over 7000 degrees, allowing him to focus in a stream of fire while using its excess energy to protect himself. So, he went ahead and made Fire Man in order to burn it all until there was nothing left. Light wanted to deal with it in the most creative way he could. He worked as a welding robot until he lost his temper and was fired, subsequently being recruited by Sgt. Flash Man/Quick Man (Rockman Classic) (1) Fire Man is an antagonist from Mega Man: Fully Charged.

It has humor, romance, drama, smut, all of it. Fair amount of story and a generous amount of fluff. Based off of many megaman works but particularly the games, the Archie comic, and the Ariga comic. A reimagining of the characters of the classic games that co-author and I played out over several months. Now he does what he pleases with the time he has. When Protoman tried to come back, he discovered he had already been replaced. He also randomly appears in the Denson Tournament in MegaMan Battle Network 4. Years ago his father betrayed his trust and drove him away. FireMan is encountered as HeatMan.EXE in MMBN2, and FlameMan.EXE in MMBN3.
